Highly Rubberized, Bitumen Emulsion
A superior quality of high solid bitumen emulsion and rubber content. The dried film of CONSEAL is tough, seamless and extremely elastic. It forms an efficient waterproofing coating which withstands both minimum and maximum ambient temperatures without cracking, running or slumping.

Surface Preparation
The surface of the concrete shall be sound, clean and uncontaminated.
This preparation shall be such as to leave a sound exposed concrete surface free from dust, loose particles and any deleterious matter. If the concrete surface is defective or has laitance, it must be cut back to a sound base.
Moss and lichen must be removed physically followed by treatment with fungicidal wash. After treatment, it must be washed down thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry.
Application
CONSEAL shall be applied by brush or squeegee at a rate of 1m²/2.3 liter to reach a minimum total dry film thickness of 1.5mm. Coats must be applied at right angles to one another with a minimum of 6 hour intervals between each application at 25°C to achieve the desired thickness. Each coat must be completely dry before the next coat is applied
Cleaning
CONSEAL products should be removed from tools, equipment and mixers with clean water prior to the initial set. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Recommendations
n Do not apply subsequent applications if the membrane is punctured or damaged.
n When spraying CONSEAL, it is recommended to dilute it with 10% clean water.
CONSEAL is non-flammable, non-hazardous product. However, proper measures should be taken during work to avoid contact with eyes or skin.
In the event of contact with eyes, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical care.
