Technical Information
Product Description

CONSOIL is an aqueous co-polymer emulsion resistant to saponification. It has excellent characteristic in stabilizing the soil surface once diluted with water. It penetrates into the soil to bind the particle into a more compacted unit, difficult to erode or destabilize.

Advantages
  • Eco-friendly. Non-toxic
  • Does not contaminate ground water
  • Harmless to both plants and animals
  • Contains soil wetting agents
  • Fully compatible with organic mulch
  • Excellent resistance to erosion. Penetrates to soil or other particulate materials

Application Information
Instructions for use

Surface Preparation

Pre-application

Land must be levelled and graded prior to application as the compaction of soil will improve its ability to bear pedestrian movement. However, this step is not essential to soil stabilization and dust control.

Application

For better dispersion, dilute CONSOIL with water. Spray on the compacted surface of the soil using suitable spray equipment with the following features:

  • Tank with light stirrer
  • Non-clogging pump
  • Spray hoses and nozzles

CONSOIL should be sprayed at an average rate of 1 m2/liter depending on the surface absorbency. Subsequent coats shall be applied as per the rate recommended on the table (INGREDIENTS FOR 1,000 sq. m. per coat).

Recommendations

  • For superior erosion control, 2-3 coats of CONSOIL should be applied to the compacted area.
  • Ingredients for 1,000 sq. m. per coat
