Gypsum Pre-Mixed Plaster for Thickness up to 20mm
RASANTE G-15 is a pre-mixed gypsum based plaster for use as a single coat internal plaster. It is consisting of hemi hydrated gypsum, hydrated lime, silica sand, special aggregates and chemical additives which gives the product excellent characteristics of adhesion to the support and workability.
RASANTE G-15 combines ease of application with a smooth and aesthetic finish coat.
Packaging:
RASANTE G-15 is supplied in 40kg multilayer bags.
Consumption:
Each 40kg bag covered 2.5-3.0 m² at 10mm thickness.
Storage:
Store in dry covered place in the original closed bags. In these conditions, the product shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.

Surface preparation
The substrate should be free of loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, oil or paint.
Before applying RASANTE G-15 saturate the surface with water and remove any excess water before application.
In case of fair faced concrete surface, apply a coat of DASHBOND in a thickness of 2-3 mm as a key coat to provide a mechanical key for the subsequent coat of RASANTE G-15.
Mixing
To prepare the mixture, pour 13-14 Liter, of clean water into a container and add RASANTE G-15 (40kg bag) with mixing. For mixing use a slow speed mechanical mixer of 200-300 rpm.
Continue mixing till obtaining a consistence uniform mixture free from lumps.
Application
RASANTE G-15 must be applied in a single layer of thickness up to 20mm using a smooth steel trowel or spray machine. When area has been covered to the desired thickness, lightweight leveling tools are used in conjunction with a trowel to fill in hollows. The plaster, once sufficiently stiff, should once more be given a final smoothing to remove any high points or undulations. After applying the plaster let it dry for about 30 minutes (when the plaster is setting), use a sponge float and bring the surface plaster to a cream suitable for toweling to a very smooth finish.
RASANTE G-15 does not require any curing with water, do not apply any top coat before RASANTE G-15 layer dried completely.
Cleaning
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened materials should be mechanically removed.
RASANTE G-15 is a gypsum based product; avoid contact with skin or eyes.
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
