Storage:
12 months when stored at 5° to 30°C in original packaging in a dry and shaded area. Extreme temperatures and humidity may reduce shelf life.

Hole Preparation
Anchor bolt holes should be drilled using air or rotary percussive drilling equipment. If diamond core or non-percussive drills are used then the sides of the hole must be thoroughly roughened.

Drilling debris and dust must be thoroughly cleaned from the hole using a stiff nylon bottle brush and oil free compressed air.

Mixing
ANCHOR FIX PG consists of two components, Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener). Each component must be mixed separately before combining. Empty entire contents of Part B into Part A and mix thoroughly but quickly over a period of 2-3 minutes. Mixing can be carried out by hand or by electric drill and small paddle attachment. Ensure you reach the bottom and sides of the can to thoroughly mix together both components.
Application
Once the hole is prepared, pour the mixed grout into the hole up to 50-60% of the total depth. Insert the bolt, this should be done slowly with a slight twisting motion to remove entrapped air.
Excess resin should be removed from the mouth of the hole before it sets. Leave the fixing undisturbed until loading time has elapsed. Attach the fixture and tighten the nut.
