Silane Acrylate Surface Treatment, Enhancer and Hardener for Lime Stone, Concrete and Masonry
A multi-grade surface sealer and hardener for concrete, masonry and natural stone. The product can be used as a film-forming or non-film forming depending on the grade used. Its versatility allows it to be used in various applications on concrete, masonry, lime-based elements, cement boards, mineral plasters, natural and artificial stone conglomerates.

Storage:
Original sealed bag of IDROSIL S has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry and shaded place below 35⁰C.

Surface Preparation
Surface must be sound and thoroughly cleaned before IDROSIL S is applied. All loose particles, old mortar, laitance, dirt, paint etc., must be removed by brushing with a stiff / wire brush or other suitable means. Fungi or Algae should be scoured away using hypochlorite type bleach or proprietary fungicidal solution and then washed with water. All traces of oil and grease must be removed with an industrial grade chemical degreaser or another suitable degreasing agent.

Product application will depend on the grade used as per the technical properties table.

| A concentrated film-forming clear sealer used as a chemical and abrasion resistant sealer for concrete and masonry surfaces. It can be used as a curing compound if applied after 2 hours of concrete pouring. | ||
| IDROSIL S - 75 | ||
| The perfect product to seal stained concrete surfaces. The product is also used to protect limestone flooring in exterior environment subjected to traffic. It forms a thin film on the surface which protects the surface from water and chemical damage. | ||

| It is used as a penetrating sealer / primer for porous stone, concrete and cement-based products. IDROSIL S-50 is used as a primer and densifier for concrete prior to coating. | ||
| IDROSIL S - 25 | ||
| It is used as a penetrating sealer / primer for stone, concrete and cement-based products. IDROSIL S-25 will reduce / eliminate water penetration and efflorescence. IDROSIL S-25 has excellent chemical and oil resistance, making it the making the perfect sealer for garage floors. The sealer is also used to densify weak stone and masonry products. |
Cleaning
Equipment and tools used can be cleaned using SOLVENTE 10 immediately after use. Dry residues should be removed mechanically or with a solvent.
IDROSIL S should not come into contact with skin and eyes or be swallowed. Avoid inhalation of vapor and spray. Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation wear suitable respiratory protection. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye / face protection.
In case of contact with eyes, seek medical attention immediately. Should accidental contact with skin take place, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
