Fast Cure Solvent-Free Epoxy Repair Mortar for Concrete Floors
A solvent free repair mortar for floors based on formulated epoxy resin, curing agents and silica sand specially selected for their ability to be applied and cured in cold temperatures, and on dry or damp concrete.
Packaging:
EPOFINISH FC is supplied as a pre-measured kit depending on the customer’s requirements. Our standard packaging is 4 liter kit.
Storage:
Keep in tightly closed containers and in sheltered and dry place with a temperature between 5°C and 35°C. In these conditions it maintains its characteristics unchanged for 12 months.

Surface preparation
For best finish and adhesion, apply over PRIMER POXY FC.
The concrete must be at least 21 days old. The concrete must be free from loose matter, oil and dirt before starting surface preparation.
The EPOFINISH FC is also designed for deep and wide cracks. The cracks should be opened up by sandblasting or mechanical wire brushing. Undercut if necessary.

Method
Using a drill and a paddle at low speed, stir the resin (Component A) for 1 minute.
Slowly add the Hardener (Component B) and increase mixing speed. Mix for 1 minute, ensuring proper mixing between the base and the hardener.
Slowly add the sand (Component C) and increase mixing speed. Mix for 2 minutes. Do not dump all the sand at once.
Pour the mix onto the floor immediately and spread using a steel trowel. Wet the blade with solvent to aid application.
Cleaning
Clean equipment with SOLVENTE 10. In case of spillage, use fine silica or cement to absorb the spill and dispose of according to local regulations.
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
