Two Component Line Marking Polyurethane Coating for Traffic
A two-component, specially formulated fast-drying line marking paint designed for high-performance applications. Based on polyurethane technology, this advanced coating can be applied in a single coat on concrete, epoxy, and polyurethane floors.

EPOFLOOR LM UV is supplied in two component 4 Liter Kit.
Consumption:
5-6m2 / Liter per coat depending on the surface conditions.
Storage:
Keep the product in tightly closed containers stored in dry covered place, at a temperature not less that +5°C and not more than +35°C. Under these conditions, the product will have a shelf life of 12 months.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose material, laitance, dirt, oil, grease or any other contaminants. If needed, wash the surface with detergent and then with clean water. Allow to dry completely before application. Do not use solvent to clean the surface before applying the product.
Mixing
EPOFLOOR LM UV is composed of two components that must be mixed at the moment of use. The base (Component A) should be mixed for two minutes with a drill at low number of turns (200-300 RPM) till obtaining a homogenous mix. Pour the hardener (Component B) into the base mixture and mix for another two minutes.
Application
Epofloor LM UV can be applied with brush, roller or airless spray gun. If airless spray gun is used. The nozzle tip of the gun should be from 4-6 mm. Apply the paint with a pressure of 30-40 psi.
Apply Epofloor LM UV at a rate of 5m2/Liter (200 microns wet). If another coat is needed to build up the thickness, then apply the second coat after the first one is totally dry.
For the light reflection, proper glass beads with size.
Cleaning
Clean tools with Solvente 10 promptly before material hardens. Cured material must be mechanically removed.
Recommendations
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary. In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
